The first one is the Vegan Teen Cookbook.
The book was inspired when I wanted to buy one for my boss's daughter and found there wasn't one. The recipes are modular based on working with whatever is already in the kitchen. There are no special ingredients or trips to the health food store. Just normal, everyday food.
As it turns out, a lot of my adult non-vegan friends are excited about the concept, not only because they want to add more plant-based meals to their diet, but also because the book makes it really easy to get a meal on the table.
