Gratitude is more than sentiment
I believe that gratitude is one of the most significant practices we can engage for true life change.
It shifts our focus in such a profound and meaningful way that not only does our interior life change, but our exterior life does too.
I have yet to meet a truly happy person, that doesn't leak gratitude everywhere they go.
It is transformational.
The thing about gratitude is that it isn't a feeling. It is a practice. You start doing it daily, and then it sparks something in you.
If you are unhappy with yourself, start to practice gratitude. It changes everything.
