Take a moment to check out Rex Miller's Mindshift Blog and watch the video under the Worldshift post. It does a great job of visually communicating some of the concepts explored by Thomas Friedman in The World is Flat .The world is shifting, and the possibilities are as exciting as they are scary.
We have two choices: to hang on to the old world with white knuckles or grab a board and ride the wave knowing we might wipe out but having fun in the process.
