
I'm not much of a cook, but our vegan lifestyle has me trying lots of new things. One of my goals this week was to pick out a recipe and make it for John and I. This was a broccoli polenta served with seitan, mushroom and spinach saute with thyme and fresh basil. (Is in the Veganomicon.)
Bummer part?
It tasted amazing, but was not very pretty on the plate!
