- it took you away from everything you'd ever been taught?
- your friends and family thought you were "bad"?
- you had to do it all by yourself?
It occurs to me that is exactly what the followers of Jesus did back in the day and it occurs to me that much of the Holy Spirit's work in our life takes us off road.
You see on the roads, we have the maps. We have control. But off road? Well, that requires a lot of trust and a constant checking in with the navigator.
