Keys to the kingdom

I wonder if God handed us the "keys to the kingdom" who we would unlock it for?

If we were given the power to bind things or free things, what would we choose?

Who would be in and who would be out?

Jesus was always letting people in who He wasn't "supposed to."  Would we do the same?
