My personal mission is to help people find joy, meaning, and freedom in a world of demands. Life is too short to feel like you are on a hamster wheel living someone else's life. We can make a choice to develop our lives with intention.
Professionally, I'm a marketer, content creator and illustrator. I started this blog in 2007 as a personal journal but it turned into a place to explore the things that make our lives more beautiful, open, effective and real.
